Karate Promotion for Jenna

This month Jenna promoted to a green belt with a black stripe. She was really excited because it means that for now she is the same belt as Dad! Here are some photos and also a video of her sparring.

We have kept Spencer alert at the promotions by letting him be the camera man. So I get a lot of photos but not all of them are posting quality- but he has gotten some good shots. We had to take the camera away for a while because he was starting to distract her!

NOTE: I could use some tips from those of you who have been successful at putting videos on your blog. This has not been a smooth process and I don't know if it even works. Email me any tips and I will update this page when I can.
UPDATE: Well maybe it does work fine- my connection must have been really slow yesterday- it took forever to load onto the page and forever to view the video.
